Formación

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Key Account Manager or similar.

Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) with experience in the Consumer Healthcare and Dermocosmetics sectors to manage and develop the Parapharmacy Wholesalers and Pharmacy Purchasing Groups channels at a national level.

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, and be capable of building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with parapharmacy chains, wholesalers, and pharmacy purchasing groups.
  • Define and implement joint business plans tailored to each key account.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, terms, and sales targets.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and trade marketing teams to ensure effective execution of strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations and executive reports to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the Consumer Healthcare, OTC, or Dermocosmetics sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmacy and parapharmacy channel in Spain.
  • High level of English proficiency (minimum B2 / C1), both written and spoken.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and key account management skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience working with dermocosmetic brands.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Educational background in Health Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
