What You'll Do :

• Design technical solutions, participate in their implementation, gather needs, provide estimates, and advise on approaches.
• Define technical architectures and integrate solutions with external systems, focusing on Kafka-based solutions.
• Improve the performance of final solutions and assist in implementing enhancements.
• Coordinate with the client's technical teams.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for teams, clients, and stakeholders, demonstrating high-level knowledge of event-oriented platforms (Kafka, Elastic, etc.).
• Participate in communities of practice to deepen and share knowledge about design principles, architecture, and software development.

What You'll Need :

• Experience as a technical consultant with a background in software architecture.
• Experience in designing event-oriented platforms based on Kafka .
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
• Proactive, open-minded, passionate about open source, new technologies, and agile development.
• Good organization skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Spanish and English .
• Bonus : Experience with Java, Spring, Elastic, Confluent Stack, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes.
• Experience in training technical teams is a plus.
• Based in Spain or willing to relocate.
