Fancy building something from the ground up that reimagines how marketing emails are created, designed, and sent, all in seconds? Our client is on a mission to let AI handle every step of the email campaign journey, and they need a Founding AI Engineer to help make it happen.

About them

They’re backed by one of Europe’s best-known fellowships, a programme that’s already spawned unicorns. Over the past year, they’ve built a prototype platform capable of sending ultra-personalised email campaigns with almost zero user input. Valued at $5 million (pre-seed), they aim to double that by their next raise in September.

What you’ll bring

1. Hands-on experience taking an AI startup from zero to one
2. Solid track record developing, training, and deploying NLP models, including BERT and classic pre-LLM techniques
3. Expertise with cutting-edge LLMs and fine-tuning, such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, and similar
4. Experience building multi-agent systems
5. Bonus points for background in email marketing and generating synthetic data

What’s on offer

• Up to £100,000 base salary plus meaningful equity
• Fully remote, with a preference for London- or Barcelona-based candidates to join an emerging hub in Barcelona
