Logista, a leading logistics and distribution company in southern Europe, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to support the Corporate Legal Director and multiple business units. You will advise on M&A, corporate and commercial matters, manage real estate, IT and contracts, and coordinate data protection across several jurisdictions.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with at least two years of experience.

Formación

• Law degree (Bachelor or Master) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in law firms or multinational companies.
• Experience in M&A, corporate and commercial law.
• Spanish bar authorization to practice law.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1).
• Proficient Microsoft Office and legal databases.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on M&A transactions and corporate operations from a legal perspective.
• Provide general legal advice to corporate areas (real estate, IT, financials) and assist in contract negotiations.
• Support corporate governance (agendas/minutes) for decision bodies, including the listed parent.
• Coordinate data protection matters and local DPOs across countries.
• Collaborate with other areas of the legal department for a coordinated approach.
• Perform other duties as required by the Corporate Legal Director.

Your mission will be to provide support in the delivery of reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed advice to the Corporate areas and the General Secretariat on legal issues and the potential legal implications of various company strategies and business initiatives on the matter.

The position encompasses legal advice to the different business units of the said areas, mainly in the in the M&A, corporate, commercial and civil fields. It also entails supervision of the activities of other resources located in different locations. • Advise on M&A transactions and corporate operations from a legal point of view, as well as advising the business and strategy teams in the negotiations and terms of complex issues that may arise.
• Provide general legal advice to all corporate areas, including real estate, IT and financials, including the assistance in the negotiations of the relevant contracts
• Provide legal support on the corporate management of the different decisions bodies of Logista, including its listed parent Company (agendas, minutes etc).
• Provide advice on data protection matters, including the coordination of local DPOS in France, Italy, Portugal and Poland
• Cooperation with other areas of the legal department (Spain & other countries) in order to ensure coordinated approach to all relevant legal issues.
• Any other duties as required by the Corporate Legal Director and/or that are commensurate with the role and with the Department’s responsibilities.

• A Bachelor´s or Master´s Law Degree.
• Minimun 2 years of experience in Law firms or multinational companies.
• Lawyer with experience in M&A, Corporate and Comercial Law issues including corporate and group reorganizations.
• Data protection expertise will be valued.
• Authorizations to practice law in Spain.
• Spanish and English at a fluent level (C1 Advance).
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint in particular) and knowledge of legal database required.
