Logista in Leganés, Spain, seeks an experienced Internal Controls professional to design and implement the company’s internal control framework, reporting to the Internal Control Manager. You will work cross-functionally to strengthen financial and compliance controls across the organization.
Responsibilities include monitoring control systems, evaluating design quality, conducting reviews, and driving action plans in partnership with Business and Corporate teams.

Mission: To design and implement the company's internal control framework, coordinating all aspects related to internal control through the documentation of standards and procedures, and supporting functional areas in the development of the internal control system.
Reporting to the Internal Control Manager, the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
4-5 years of experience in a listed company or Big Four consulting firm, in internal audit or internal control roles.
Experience with the SCIIF framework, risk matrices, and criminal risk prevention systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Master's degree or postgraduate studies
Expert in Excel and other MS Office tolos
Familiarity with data analysis tolos
IIA certifications (CIA, COSO, CRMA) are a plus
Written and spoken English at C1 level. Other languages (Italian/French) are desirable.
