Job Description:

Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data; advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the CEFR); relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, including Saturdays, night shifts, and on-call duties.

Key job responsibilities:

• Plan resources and manage transportation disruptions at your site
• Report on metrics using performance dashboards
• Create automated reports for stakeholders and leadership
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
• Communicate and present information to relevant teams

A day in the life:

This role is office-based with up to two days per week remote work, aligned with Amazon’s flexible work policies. Daily tasks involve proactive and reactive analysis of transportation capacity, resolving operational issues, and identifying improvement opportunities. You will have access to development and mentorship programs to support your career growth.

Based at one of our sites, you'll work in a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging performance metrics to optimize our network's potential.

Minimum requirements:

• A degree
• Experience with SQL, VBA, Python, R, or other programming languages
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Experience assessing operating processes quantitatively and qualitatively
