Pentasia seeks a Junior Test Engineer to join our engineering team and support testing and evaluation of gaming and betting technology. You’ll work from technical specs, regulatory requirements, and defined procedures, documenting results and collaborating with customers and internal teams.

This entry-level role emphasizes rigorous testing, clear communication, and disciplined approach to deadlines as you develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree may be considered with relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of experience or certifications may be considered.
• Working knowledge of C++ or another modern object-oriented language.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Professional fluency in English, including written and spoken communication.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven discipline.
• Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and customers.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Review technical specifications and regulatory requirements to define what needs validation.
• Learn customer requirements and identify additional testing or evaluation requests.
• Investigate standards and market-specific requirements before testing begins.
• Prepare and carry out appropriate test procedures based on specs and needs.
• Record test activities, results, issues, and defects clearly and accurately.
• Track work to keep testing on schedule and within project budgets.
• Work methodically to ensure test results are complete and reliable.
• Build constructive working relationships with customers.
• Understand each customer’s requirements, priorities, and market position.
• Maintain clear communication about testing progress and findings.
• Coordinate with different parties when more information or testing is required.
• Communicate technical information clearly in writing and speech.
