The Tribe Voice & Messaging is responsible for designing, developing, planning, validating, and operating all voice and messaging platforms in DT Technik's fixed and mobile networks throughout their lifecycle. We provide innovative, reliable, state-of-the-art services to our cellular and landline customers.

The current program aims to migrate voice and messaging applications to the cloud, transforming the current separated fixed and mobile systems into an integrated platform. We want you on our team to help achieve this vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams in integrating and validating voice service software.
  • Assist in development, quality assurance, planning, and implementation of product releases.
  • Design automation processes for services, operations, and models.
  • Perform performance analyses, tuning, error analysis, and fixes.
  • Automate deployments across all environments.
  • Provide and maintain project-specific infrastructure and tools for integration and delivery.

Qualifications:

You should possess the following skills and knowledge:

  • Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (C/C++, Java, Python, Ruby).
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools (e.g., GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Flux, Test Automation with Python/Behave or Ruby/Cucumber, Zabbix).
  • IMS knowledge with relevant protocols (e.g., SIP, RTP) and telecommunications industry experience.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Knowledge of market, technology, and competitive environment in IT and telecommunications, including digital transformation.
  • Several years of experience in IT project management.

Tools and Platforms:

GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Flux, Test Automation (Python/Behave or Ruby/Cucumber), Zabbix, C, C++, Java.

The focus is on developing automation solutions for load and performance testing, and in the future, other functions across our tribe's squads.
