What Are We Looking For?

A Technical Support Specialist for the API Division's commercial projects. This role involves responding to customer requests, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and pharmacopoeia standards, coordinating with manufacturing departments, and managing technical documentation.

The Challenge!
  • Process, review, and resolve customer requests, coordinating with factories and tracking responses.
  • Manage customer specifications and technical assistance documentation (CRM).
  • Follow up on product acceptance in various countries and gather customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on marketing authorization applications and manage regulatory documentation.
  • Support internal and external API manufacturers.
  • Provide solutions and contingency plans for production issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and storage of project information.
  • Manage samples for pharmacy offices.
What Do You Need?
  • Degree in Sciences; a Master's in Pharma Industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical role, especially related to APIs.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs procedures, pharmacopoeias, and familiarity with Office and CRM tools.
  • Customer-oriented, detail-focused, organized, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday (full-time).
  • Permanent contract and an attractive salary package.
