Formación

  • 1-2 años de experiencia en una posición similar en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Conocimiento de procedimientos y directrices de Asuntos Regulatorios.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar solicitudes de clientes y coordinar respuestas con fábricas.
  • Colaborar con el departamento de Asuntos Regulatorios en solicitudes.

What are we looking for?

Technical support to the commercial project of the API Division. The Technical Department technician receives the customer’s requests and prepares a response considering the current guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry, in the different countries, and according to the pharmacopoeia applicable in each area; contacting specific departments of the different manufacturing facilities, if necessary, to assure a suitable response in a timely manner.

Supervise and review work related to internal development project management.

The challenge!
  1. Process customer’s requests, review them, solve them and, if necessary, address them to different factories and track them. Send the final answer, including the required documentation, to the final customers.
  2. Customer Specification management.
  3. Registration of all the information related to the technical assistance provided to the customers and API manufacturing sites (CRM).
  4. Follow-up the products’ acceptance in different countries and the feedback received by customers.
  5. Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs Departments in the preparation of their marketing authorization applications.
  6. Manage the regulatory documentation.
  7. Support to APIs Manufacturers (both Internal Sites and External Sites).
  8. Provide alternatives or contingency to changes or problems in execution solutions.
  9. Ensure projects are complete, current and stored appropriately.
  10. Samples for Pharmacy Office management.
What do you need?
  1. Education: Degree in Sciences. Master in Pharma Industry will be an asset.
  2. Languages: Fluent English, knowledge in other languages will be an asset.
  3. Experience (years / area): 1-2 years in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, related with API products will be an asset.
  4. Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs procedures and guidelines. Handle of the different pharmacopoeias. Knowledge of Office and CRM tool is a plus.
  5. Personal skills: Clear orientation to internal and external customers, high resolution capacity, planning and organization, interpersonal skills, focus on details.
  6. Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time).
