Job Description

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing ServiceNow team. You will be part of a collaborative international division and will contribute to exciting international implementation and development projects. This position is a great opportunity for both junior and mid-level professionals who are passionate about ServiceNow, eager to grow with the business, and ready to take on increasing responsibilities.

• Participate in international ServiceNow implementation and development projects
• Support the elaboration of internal demands for reusable content
• Contribute to Application Management & Modernization tasks during service transition phases
• Collaborate closely with the international delivery team under the coordination of the Delivery Lead
• Serve as a sparring partner and guide for other team members
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ideally in implementation projects
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Openness to grow as a professional and take on new responsibilities
• ServiceNow Certifications:
  
  o Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  
  o Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or ITAM
