We are seeking a recruitment professional to support our Operational Talent Solutions team in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across logistics, industrial and service sectors.

You will contribute to client pitches, ensure compliant documentation, and help advance recruitment progress with regular updates and insights.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates at every stage of the process.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality and retail.
• Research industry trends and deliver insights to support client growth and competitive edge.
• Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities.
• Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular recruitment progress and client-satisfaction reports to leadership.
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information and updating records for the sales pipeline.

• Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
