Junior Talent Coordinator (Remote within Spain)

Leadtech Group is looking for a Talent Coordinator to support our recruitment processes. As part of our team, you will:

  1. Organize and manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth logistics and communication with candidates and interviewers.
  2. Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  3. Maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and updates.
  4. Support internal recruitment activities, including managing applications and communication with interested employees.
  5. Assist in preparing job offers and ensuring all documentation is completed promptly.
  6. Coordinate with the Payroll team for onboarding and payroll tasks.
  7. Act as a point of contact with recruitment vendors and external agencies to support hiring efforts.

Requirements include previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with ATS and HR software, and proficiency in English. Experience with external vendors is a plus.
