Job Description

We are seeking a Support Engineer with 2-3+ years of experience in technical support. The role involves investigating and troubleshooting production issues efficiently, managing meetings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot production issues promptly
  • Deploy fixes, patches, and updates in collaboration with the team
  • Monitor logs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with QA, support, and product teams to resolve reported bugs
  • Maintain technical documentation for support workflows and known issues
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Basic understanding of React and front-end principles
