What is a Software Developer in our Support Department?

As a Software Support Developer, you will be a product expert who represents the company in client communications, assisting with end-user application development and software component integration.

As a Member of the Support Team, You Will

  1. Communicate in English with customers using email and online help desk software.
  2. Analyze customer needs, examine their projects, and develop efficient solutions (including code examples and sample projects) based on DevExpress products.
  3. Communicate solutions to customers.
  4. Work with teammates to solve various tasks and improve DevExpress products and services.
  5. Participate in software development of a world-class product line based on the following Microsoft technologies: WinForms, WinUI, ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and HTML/JS.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. We also accept freshly graduated students!
  2. Basic knowledge of the .NET Framework or Web technologies (React, Angular, Vue, jQuery).
  3. Strong communication skills in English to work efficiently with both clients and teammates.
  4. An ability to analyze and evaluate client requirements.
  5. An ability to analyze and debug the source code of both our products and customer projects.

Employment type:

This is a full-time position offered on a B2B contract basis. The role is equivalent to full-time employment, with a fixed monthly salary rather than hourly billing. You will enjoy the same commitment and benefits as a traditional full-time employee, but under a B2B arrangement.
