ART Computer Europe is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for our office in Madrid, with previous experience in similar roles regarding supply / demand planning and forecasting. What will you do?

As a Junior Supply Chain Specialist, you will be part of our Supply Chain Department ensuring the proper flow of the supply chain, from ordering products, analyzing and making forecasts, coordinating the ordering, and tracking inventory among many other tasks.

How will you make an impact?

• Identifying and ordering the correct quantity of materials, negotiating the terms of pricing and shipping, and ensuring the correct delivery to our Warehouse.
• Analyzing forecasted demand, inventory, and demands from customers B2B and B2C.
• Assessing that the current orders are balanced with forecasting future demand.
• Maintaining the stock in accordance with the market, customers, and orders.
• Being able to respond to changes in the demand for products.
• Negotiating with suppliers.
• Collaborating with planning, forecasting, logistics, and warehousing.

What will you bring to this role?

• Experience in a Supply Chain department in a similar role.
• Degree and Master Degree related to Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in English.
• French, German or Italian is highly valued.
• Love for Apple products.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Team player and open-minded.
• Understanding of general business dynamics and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
