About the role

Kickstart your data consulting career! As a Junior Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will work on global transformation and optimization projects in Supply Chain. Your responsibilities include data querying, quality review, analysis, dashboarding, and communication with client teams.

Before starting in one of our projects, you will attend a supply chain training bootcamp in September 2025 in Belgium. This three-week program covers soft skills, supply chain management, and prepares you to be a Supply Chain Data Analyst.

What can you do at Bluecrux?

You will immediately take on a visible role in planning transformation projects across industries like life sciences, chemicals, food & beverages, and manufacturing. Your tasks include:

• Work with data: Collect, clean, analyze data, build dashboards, and transform raw data into insights.
• Support master data processes: Structure and maintain key supply chain data.
• Connect systems: Learn how ERP, APS, and WMS systems interact, and help streamline data flows.
• Document & align: Assist in documenting processes, drafting data policies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to projects: Data migrations, process improvements, and workshops.
• Grow your skills: Gain experience with data warehousing, modeling, and integration tools.

About you

You are graduating in 2025 and wish to start your career in September 2025. You are interested in value chain transformation, technology, business processes, data analytics, and change management. You demonstrate logical reasoning, resourcefulness, and teamwork. You are open to feedback, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

You value our company principles: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast, and be kind. You have an interest in supply chain processes and data analytics, with some exposure through your studies. Experience with dashboard tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred. Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model is necessary.
