This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of sports, and a passion for betting markets. Excellent training will be provided to grow in this role. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sportsbook, ensuring our betting platform runs smoothly, setting competitive odds, analyzing betting trends, and looking into how we can innovate on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sportsbook Operations: Manage live and pre-match betting markets, set competitive odds, and monitor player activity to ensure smooth operations.
2. Data Analysis & Risk Management: Analyze betting patterns, minimize risks, and provide performance insights to optimize the sportsbook.
3. Collaboration & Development: Work with the Head of Sportsbook to refine trading strategies, enhance product offerings, and stay updated on sports trends.

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who’s:

1. Passionate about sports: You live and breathe sports and know their dynamics. Dutch Football is a must, Basketball & Tennis are desirable.
2. Analytical and detail-oriented: You can quickly identify patterns and adjust strategies.
3. Knowledgeable in betting markets: Familiarity with odds, live betting, and market trends is a must.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
2. 1+ years of experience in a sportsbook, betting, or trading role (or equivalent).
3. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if required.
4. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
