Levata by Logiscenter in Madrid seeks a Junior Solution Architect – Presales to join our international Solutions team. This cross-market role blends technical analysis with commercial support for Account Managers and Sales colleagues.

You will translate customer requirements into practical AIDC, mobility and connectivity solutions, shaping architecture and product recommendations while engaging with customers during meetings and demonstrations.

Formación

• Degree or vocational training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Electronics or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical environment such as Networking, IT infrastructure, Technical support, Mobility solutions, AIDC / barcode / RFID, Telecommunications.
• Good understanding of basic networking and connectivity concepts; interest in wireless technologies and connected devices.
• Experience with AIDC manufacturers such as Zebra, Honeywell or Datalogic is highly valued.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Solution Architect – Presales to join our international team in Madrid.

Tasks

We are looking for a Junior Solution Architect – Networking & AIDC / Presales to join our international Solutions team.

This is a cross-market technical and commercial role, working closely with Account Managers and Sales teams across different markets.

You will help our commercial teams understand customer requirements, identify the right technology and design solutions around connectivity, mobility and AIDC environments.

We are looking for an engineer who enjoys technology but also enjoys talking to customers, understanding their needs and working closely with Sales.

This is therefore not a pure networking engineering role. It is a presales position with a strong technical component, where you will progressively develop your expertise in AIDC and become a technical reference for our commercial teams.

What will you do?

• Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and operational environments.
• Analyse customer needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Support the design of connectivity and infrastructure solutions for AIDC environments.
• Help define the technical architecture of solutions involving mobile devices, scanners, printers, RFID and wireless connectivity.
• Select appropriate products and technologies from our portfolio.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution configurations, Bills of Materials and supporting documentation.
• Support Sales teams during customer meetings, calls and technical discussions.
• Participate in product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Assist with technical questionnaires, RFPs and customer specifications.

Networking & Connectivity

• Develop expertise in wireless and wired connectivity for industrial, warehouse, retail and commercial environments.
• Understand the connectivity requirements of mobile computers, barcode scanners, printers, RFID readers and other connected devices.
• Support the definition of Wi‑Fi and network requirements for AIDC deployments.
• Understand concepts such as wireless coverage, device connectivity, network segmentation, roaming and infrastructure requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify potential connectivity issues and propose appropriate solutions.

AIDC & Mobility Solutions

You will progressively develop knowledge across our main technology areas, including:

• Mobile computers and handheld devices
• Barcode scanners and data capture
• Industrial and commercial printing
• RFID solutions
• Warehouse mobility
• Wireless connectivity
• Rugged devices and tablets
• POS and customer-facing technology
• Access control and connected devices

You will work with technologies and manufacturers such as Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Panasonic, Getac, Elo and Impinj, Cisco, HPE, Extreme Networks among others.

You do not need to be an expert in all of these technologies from day one. We are looking for someone with the technical foundation and curiosity to learn.

Commercial & Customer Interaction

• Support Account Managers throughout the sales cycle.
• Join customer meetings when technical input is required.
• Ask the right questions to understand the customer's operational and technical environment.
• Explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way.
• Translate technical requirements into business-oriented solutions.
• Help Sales teams identify additional technical opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support the preparation of quotations and technical recommendations.
• Build relationships with manufacturers and technology partners.
• Support commercial teams across different European markets.
• Work with international colleagues and customers.
• Adapt technical solutions to different industries, customers and operational environments.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with Sales and Solutions teams.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Technical background

• Degree or vocational training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Electronics or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical environment such as:
• Networking
• IT infrastructure
• Technical support
• Mobility solutions
• AIDC / barcode / RFID
• Telecommunications
• Good understanding of basic networking and connectivity concepts.
• Interest in wireless technologies and connected devices.
• Experience with mobile devices, barcode, RFID, printers or warehouse technology is a strong plus.
• Experience with AIDC manufacturers such as Zebra, Honeywell or Datalogic is highly valued.
• Networking or wireless certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.

Languages

• Fluent English is required.
• Spanish is highly valued.
