Permisso, the trailblazers of digital transformation in the financial services industry, is seeking a Junior Software Engineer in the TechOps team in Barcelona. You will bridge Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Operations, owning incident governance and triaging data/system anomalies to keep our platform reliable.

The role emphasizes automation, production proximity, and a fast-paced startup culture.

Formación

• Experience operating close to production in software engineering roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments.
• Curious and data-driven with logs and metrics to inform decisions.
• People-oriented with a focus on customer needs and bridging feedback to engineering fixes.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Incident governance and triage for production anomalies.
• Proactive monitoring and observability improvements to reduce incidents.
• Support enablement by communicating with customers on technical queries.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and help transform workflows into repeatable, well-managed systems.
