Keonn in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Fullstack Developer to join the Operations team and drive the digitalization of internal processes. You will bridge software development and operational excellence, owning tools for testing and automating workflows.

You will design Front-end and Back-end solutions, help migrate tools to secure cloud services, and mentor at least one junior engineer within a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional Fullstack development.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and take ownership.
• Proficiency in Javascript, PHP, Python, MariaDB and on-premise servers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of internal tools for testing, automation and digitalization.
• Develop Front-end and Back-end solutions with solid documentation.
• Create and maintain test/validation software for RFID hardware or related systems.
• Drive migration of internal apps toward secure, cloud-hosted services (AWS).
• Act as technical lead, mentoring at least one engineer and coordinating timelines.
• Collaborate across departments to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
