Job Description

We seek an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Supply Chain Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EBS, system integration, API development, and the latest supply chain technologies. This role requires a collaborative team player experienced in Agile environments and passionate about improving supply chain operations. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Responsibilities :
2. Develop and optimize ERP Supply Chain Systems, primarily focusing on Oracle EBS.
3. Experience with supply chain applications like BlueYonder (JDA), TMS (BluJay), Llamasoft, and related tools is a plus.
4. Design and build APIs to integrate supply chain systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs, CRMs).
5. Follow best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality solutions.
6. Stay updated with trends and technologies in supply chain systems, promoting innovation.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
8. Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide continuous feedback on code quality.
9. Agile Development :
10. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
11. Ensure tasks are properly scoped, prioritized, and delivered within sprints.
12. Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
13. Supply Chain Systems Expertise :
14. Leverage knowledge of supply chain systems to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.
15. Apply best practices in demand planning, transportation, warehouse management, and inventory optimization.
16. Work with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
17. Business Collaboration :
18. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system needs align with strategic goals.
19. Translate business requirements into technical tasks for developers.
20. Ensure seamless integration of supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms.
21. Project Management & Strategic Planning :
22. Align project development with business objectives and timelines.
23. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
24. Continuously improve development processes for better efficiency and quality.
25. Integration & Automation :
26. Lead integration of supply chain systems with platforms like ERPs, CRMs, and WMS.
27. Implement automation to enhance supply chain performance and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS (preferably R12), including customizations and external system integrations via APIs.
• Familiarity with EDI/B2B technologies and processes.
• Experience working in Agile teams and understanding Agile practices.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills for developers.
• Ability to translate system requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of database management, system integration, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Expertise in supply chain platforms like BlueYonder, BluJay, Llamasoft, TMS, WMS, or SCM.
• Experience with EDI tools like IBM Gentran and Order to Cash processes.
• Technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, OBIEE, and OIC.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with optimization algorithms for transportation, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Understanding of ERP system integration and data flows across business systems.
