Join YAZIO, a leader in the nutrition and calorie tracking app industry, as our new Junior Social Media Manager! We're looking for a creative and driven individual with a passion for social media and a hands-on approach to content creation. Your mission? Help grow YAZIO’s online presence, engage with our vibrant community, and inspire millions to lead healthier lives through compelling social media content.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Profile

• Social media savvy : You have an excellent understanding of social media (esp. TikTok—bonus points if you think in memes and randomly catch yourself humming TikTok tunes).
• Creativity : Thinking outside the box comes naturally to you and you never run out of new content ideas.
• Excellent communication skills : You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with German as a plus.
• Adaptability & learning agility : You thrive in the fast-paced environment of social media and are able to adapt to new situations and trends easily.
• Passion for entertainment : You love to engage and entertain people—on camera and in real life.
• Feel comfortable in front of the camera : You have a strong and positive presence in front of the camera and enjoy being in the spotlight.

Your Mission

• Content planning : You support our Social Media & Community team in planning new content (focus TikTok) and guiding us towards viral horizons.
• Content creation : You jump in front of the camera to create thumb-stopping content that hooks our audience from the first bite.
• Comment & engage : You increase the visibility of our brand by spotting relevant opportunities to write fun and relatable comments.
• Trend research : You spot and leverage the latest trends and keep up to date on relevant pop culture events.
• Monitor and improve KPIs : You keep an eye on relevant metrics and strive to grow them to the next level.
