Formación

• Capacidad para preparar lotes analíticos y cuantificar sustancias según procedimientos establecidos.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar y evaluar lotes analíticos para cuantificar fármacos y biomarcadores.
• Soportar al Director de Estudio en la preparación de SOPs y resolución de problemas.
• Realizar el mantenimiento y calibración del equipamiento de laboratorio.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare analytical batches to quantify drugs, anti-drugs antibodies or biomarkers in biological matrices by ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) according to international guidelines and internal procedures.
• Perform the evaluation and treatment of results of analytical batches.
• Label proteins with biotin or Sulfo-tag.
• Support the Study Director in : (i) the resolution of problems, (ii) the preparation of SOPs and other study documentation.
• Carry out maintenance and calibration / verification of laboratory equipment.
• Actively support Laboratory Management in evaluating and implementing new processes and equipment.

• Strong communication and organization skills, and capacity to work in teams.
• Proactive and hands-on approach.
• High level of motivation and enthusiastic personality.
