At Factorial we're looking for a new French-speaking Sales Trainer to strengthen the onboarding, training, and continuous development of our Sales French team, and help drive excellence at scale.

The Role

The Sales Trainer (Enablement Specialist) is key to ensuring that investment pays off by equipping every new hire with the skills, mindset, and methodology they need to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance SaaS environment.

With a growing salesforce and the recent launch of initiatives like our Sales Academy, structured 2-week onboarding track, and a Management Training program for all new team leads and managers, we’re investing in our people like never before.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective onboarding training sessions for new sales hires, helping them ramp up quickly and confidently.
• Facilitate interactive learning moments like role-plays, workshops, and peer-led knowledge exchanges that make learning stick.
• Collaborate with senior trainers and sales leadership to maintain, update, and improve training content in line with our goals and methodologies.
• Analyse the effectiveness of programs, capture feedback, and continuously improve delivery based on real outcomes.
• Partner with sales managers and team leads to tailor programs and support ongoing development across the funnel.
• Complete certifications in core sales methodologies (such as MEDDIC) to develop your own expertise and help embed best practices across the team.

Your Profile

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales, account management, or enablement / training roles.
• Communication: Clear, confident facilitator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Passionate about helping others grow; you bring energy and structure to the learning process.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech environment.
• Tech Comfort: You’re familiar with digital tools (Zoom, Google Suite, LMS) and excited to learn new ones.
• Language: Expert in French and English is a must; Spanish, Portuguese, or German are a major plus.
