Are you ready to leverage your career in the vibrant world of consumer goods? As a Junior Sales Support Specialist at Kellanova, based in Madrid, you'll be at the forefront of our sales operations for a 6 months project, dedicated to supporting our Key Account Management (KAM) team with top-notch data management. The role’s key responsibilities focus on maintaining customer-related data within the TPM system, ensuring data integrity.

This role is perfect for you if you have strong data entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for learning about sales operations in the consumer goods industry. Imagine working with iconic brands like Pringles and Coco Pops, where your contributions directly impact our success!

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer data, including pricing, promotions, product information, and contact details, in the TPM system.
  2. Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating information.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to gather and analyse customer information.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights from the TPM system to support KAMs.
  5. User Support: Provide user support for the TPM system, including answering questions and troubleshooting issues.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Advanced level of English.
