Une entreprise fintech innovante recherche un Agent de Rétention Junior pour gérer les relations avec les clients LATAM. Vous serez chargé d'engager des clients existants, d'offrir des solutions sur mesure pour augmenter la fidélité et réduire le churn. Une expérience en ventes et une maîtrise de l'espagnol et de l'anglais sont requises. Formación

  • Expérience d'au moins 1 an en vente, gestion de compte ou fidélisation de clients.

About The Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility is to proactively engage with existing LATAM clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.

Ideal candidates are fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience in the Forex / Fintech or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90%), handling emails, meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.

Position Details

This is a full-time remote position (5/2) in the Spain time zone (UTC+1 / UTC+2).

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and value-added communication.
  2. Identify clients at risk of churn and take proactive measures to retain them.
  3. Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to re-engage inactive or low-activity clients.
  4. Understand client needs and provide customized product or service recommendations.
  5. Handle client concerns or objections effectively, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  6. Work closely with other departments (support, compliance, conversion) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  7. Meet or exceed retention KPIs and targets, including reactivation rates, client activity, and revenue contribution.
  8. Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  9. Provide feedback to management regarding client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, account management, or client retention in a high-paced environment.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Target-driven with a strong understanding of customer value and business impact.
  4. Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
  5. Fluent in Spanish and English — both written and spoken.
  6. Comfortable working with CRM systems and data-driven metrics.
  7. Flexibility to work shifts if required.
