About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative for Heepsy. Heepsy is an influencer SaaS product where brands discover and analyze creators worldwide. Since launching in 2018, we have grown rapidly and now support thousands of brands and creators globally. Our team consists of 30+ talented individuals working remotely across various countries and from our Bilbao (Spain) office. Heepsy is already successful, with many brands using it to find creators, and we plan to expand its features significantly in the near future based on consistent client demands.

What you’ll do
  1. Be responsible for the US sales process to attract new clients to Heepsy.
  2. Conduct demos with potential clients.
  3. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets set by the company.
  4. Report daily on tasks performed, such as calls or contacts made.
  5. Keep your sales pipeline updated daily (using Pipedrive).
  6. Help identify and develop best practices.
  7. Clearly communicate the value of Heepsy and its latest products to prospects.
  8. Act as an ambassador for Heepsy's mission, brand, and products.
Requirements
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • At least 6 months of sales experience in a high-growth startup.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar sales tools.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Excellent communication skills, with good grammar and writing abilities.
  • Socially active with good relationships in your city and ability to empathize with new people.
  • Self-starter capable of working in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to overachieve targets.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Computer literacy, including Google Docs and MS Office.
Preferred qualifications
  • Key contacts in the industry (a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations (a plus).
  • Experience in a high-growth digital startup (a plus).
  • Interest in social media (a plus).
