Une marque de luxe recherche un Junior Sales Manager pour son Outlet à Las Rozas de Madrid. Le candidat sera l'ambassadeur de la marque et devra assurer un service client exceptionnel tout en atteignant les objectifs de vente du magasin et en soutenant le développement de l'équipe de vente. Les responsabilités incluent la coordination des activités en magasin et le mentoring des nouveaux employés.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation.
  • Experience in stock management methods.

Dolce&Gabbana is now looking for a Junior Sales Managerfor our Outlet based inLas Rozas de Madrid for a temporary cover.

As Junior Sales Manager you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customers.

Key responsibilities:

Partner with the store management to:

  • Achieve the store sales budget
  • Support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience
  • Perform with high integrity in in company compliance with Corporate departments
  • Be responsible for the coordination of Front of House and Back of House activities according to the guidelines provided by the store management
  • Be a role model for the Sale Staff
  • Accountable for the Mentoring Program in accordance with the Training guidelines

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages are considered a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business
  • Visual and Merchandising technique
  • Stock management methods and techniques
  • CRM methods and procedure
  • Apply number and statistics
