About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Manager professional to incorporate into our Sales Department. An excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in technical sales with a structured career path for growth.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Support Area Sales Managers in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain client interactions, progressing to full portfolio management.
  • Prospecting new clients and qualifying leads.
  • Provide product and sales training to distributors
  • Work with Salesforce (CRM) to manage and update customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor´s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related scientific field.
  • High level of English (C1 written and spoken).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Senior sales team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
