What will you do?

  1. Generate new business opportunities: Prospect, qualify, and connect with potential clients interested in tech and AI solutions.
  2. Build key relationships: Understand client needs and transform them into real solutions with our team.
  3. Support the sales cycle: From initial contact to closing opportunities, working alongside our Account Directors.
  4. Optimize sales processes: Identify areas for improvement in prospecting tools and strategies.
  5. Learn and grow quickly: Train in B2B sales, negotiation, technology, and demand generation in rapidly growing sectors.

What are we looking for?

  1. Winning attitude: You don’t need years of experience, but determination, initiative, and a desire to learn are a must.
  2. Interest in technology and AI: You don’t need to be technical, but understanding that artificial intelligence is changing the world is crucial.
  3. Communication skills: You enjoy talking to people, making connections, and arguing clearly.
  4. Work methodically, following all steps of the sales process.
  5. Ambition & Proactivity: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you take initiative.
  6. Languages: Native or fluent Spanish and a good level of English for international clients.
