We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join our talented young team at our main office in Granollers (Barcelona) in a hybrid role.

This position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career path in business development or those wanting to transition into the language services industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic and creative outreach to leads through detailed online research and other methods.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
  • Develop an understanding of client needs in different industries and how we can address those needs.
  • Maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and networking events.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results and potential client needs.
  • Create or help create sales presentations, project offers, meeting summaries and follow-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date with new industry trends and services.

What We Need from You:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Experience in the language industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn about sales processes and grow within the industry.
