Formación

  • 0-3 años de experiencia en ventas o roles de cara al cliente.

We’re currently looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Spanish team. Whether you’re fresh out of uni or already have a bit of experience under your belt, if you’re excited by the idea of learning, growing, and making an impact in the world of B2B tech sales, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth in Spain, working closely with our sales and marketing teams. Your mission? Spot opportunities, qualify leads, and be the first friendly voice of Lucca.

Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:

  1. Be the first point of contact for potential clients: email, phone, LinkedIn… you choose the channel.
  2. Understand the real needs behind every lead. We don’t pitch. We listen first.
  3. Work hand in hand with marketing to bring ideas to the table and improve our lead generation and qualification strategies.
  4. Schedule discovery calls and product demos for our Account Executives.
  5. Share insights with our product team so we stay close to what the market really needs.

Don't worry—no one is born knowing all this. We'll teach you what you need to know, step by step.

Who we’re looking for

This role is for you if:

  1. You have 0 to 3 years of experience, ideally in sales, customer-facing roles or fast-paced environments. (Prev experience working in events, hotels, restaurants)
  2. You’ve studied something like ADE, Derecho, Economía, Relaciones Laborales o RRHH.
  3. You’re tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
  4. You’re native Spanish, and comfortable having a conversation in English (some interviews will be with our team in France). You’re curious about the world of tech, SaaS, and HR—and you want to grow in this space.
  5. Most of all, you’re excited to kick-start your career and have a real impact.
