As an Account Manager & Sales of Health, your mission is to:

  1. Be a key role in developing the Health business vertical in Spain.
  2. Work on bringing this new business to reach our vision of providing the most demanded goods and services in less than 30 minutes in any city.
  3. Seal partnerships with pharmacies across Spain.
  4. Maintain good relationships between Glovo and our health partners, mainly pharmacies.
  5. Develop the pharma business step by step, being part of multiple projects, and being a resourceful multi-tasker.
  6. Onboard new partners on our platform, providing them with all necessary tools and information to start working, and analyze their KPIs to ensure growth MoM.
  7. Track and report performance metrics.
  8. Gather feedback from partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operational improvements.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues to learn, grow, and make a difference.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management or Sales.
  2. Problem solver mindset: identify root causes and resolve issues.
  3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Ownership attitude, proactive, goal-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  5. Proven ability to overachieve targets.
  6. Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
  7. Native Spanish and fluent in English.
