Workwell in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to support client relationships throughout onboarding to offboarding, working with the Relationship Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will assist with account management, onboarding, and ongoing client and worker communications, maintain records in the CRM, and help coordinate compliance and documentation.

Formación

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong client-service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist the Relationship Manager with day-to-day management of client accounts and workforce matters.
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and offboarding processes for clients and workers.
  • Act as a point of contact for client and worker queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Solution Experts, Legal, Operations, Payroll and Finance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and workers through regular communication.

As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will support the management of client relationships throughout the employee and client lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Working closely with the Relationship Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure seamless service delivery, maintain positive client and worker relationships, and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. This role reports to the Relationship Manager and offers an excellent opportunity to develop account management, client service, and workforce solutions experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting the Relationship Manager with the day-to-day management of client accounts and workforce matters.
  • Supporting the onboarding, implementation, and offboarding processes for clients and workers.
  • Acting as a point of contact for client and worker queries, escalating complex issues to the Relationship Manager where required.
  • Coordinating with internal departments including Solution Experts, Legal, Operations, Payroll and Finance.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and workers through regular communication and support.
  • Providing administrative support including maintaining accurate client records, preparing documentation, and updating CRM systems.
  • Uploading and maintaining accurate worker information and documentation on client health and safety, compliance, and workforce management platforms.
  • Supporting client meetings, training sessions, and regular check-ins by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Monitoring client and worker requests to ensure service levels and response times are maintained.
  • Assisting with the coordination of compliance requirements and ensuring required documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Developing knowledge of client operations and workforce solutions to provide effective support and guidance.
  • Undertaking additional administrative, operational, and project-related tasks as assigned by the Relationship Manager or senior leadership team
