  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs is a plus.

Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world.

Currently, we need to reinforce our Regulatory team by incorporating a Junior Regulatory Affairs Technician.

Your Role

  • Maintain the product database.
  • Collaborate in the homologation of new products and suppliers.
  • Prepare the technical documentation of the products.
  • Manage technical documentation requests from customers.
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales department and customers.

Your Skills

  • Previous experience in the Legislation / Regulatory Affairs department is a plus.
  • High school and / or university education in the field of chemistry, pharmacy, biology, and biochemistry, among others.
  • Advanced user level of office programs (Office Suite).
  • Languages : High level of English is essential. Good level of French is desirable.
  • Orderly, rigorous, and at the same time agile, proactive, and customer-oriented person, capable of performing multiple functions. Skilled in personal dealings, both externally with suppliers and customers, as well as internally with different departments (commercial, laboratory, ...).
