As a Junior Recruiting Manager, you will support our growth by managing the full recruitment cycle — from posting job ads to onboarding new hires. You'll work closely with experienced team members, gain hands-on experience with modern recruitment practices, and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include :

  • End-to-End Recruiting : Manage the hiring process from creating job profiles to onboarding, including screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Active Sourcing : Identify suitable channels and platforms, establishing effective sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for candidates and build a strong talent network.
  • ALAIKA Ambassador : Represent our values and culture throughout the recruitment process.
  • Organizational Support : Manage scheduling, maintain our Applicant Tracking System (preferably Greenhouse), and keep candidate data up to date.
  • Employer Branding : Contribute to career events, university outreach, and social media initiatives.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the People team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment efforts.
  • University Partnerships : Establish and expand relationships with universities to attract young talents and high potentials.

Your profile :

  • Experience : Some experience in recruitment or HR (internships, student roles, or first jobs).
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, HR, or related fields.
  • Motivated to Learn : Eager to build a career in recruiting and learn from a passionate team.
  • Organized & Reliable : Strong organizational skills and ownership of tasks with attention to detail.
  • Growth Mindset : Curious, energetic, positive, with excellent listening skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Communication : Friendly, professional interaction with people.
  • Languages : Fluency in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with digital tools and open to learning ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
