Kreios Space Ltd is looking for a proactive Junior Recruiter to support our growth in the aerospace and deeptech domain. You will help source, screen and coordinate interviews for engineering and business roles, building candidate pipelines and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience recruiting technical and engineering profiles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing recruitment processes for technical and business roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Develop understanding of engineering and technical profiles across aerospace domains.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain regular communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to understand role requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools for future hires.
• Track recruitment activity and support initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Support recruitment processes

Assist in managing recruitment processes for technical and business roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.

Help identify and attract talent

Support sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Learn technical recruiting

Develop an understanding of engineering and technical profiles across areas such as electronics, software, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, propulsion and satellite technologies.

Build candidate relationships

Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining regular communication.

Collaborate with hiring managers

Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.

Maintain talent pipelines

Help build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools for future hiring needs.

Contribute to recruitment excellence

Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate data and support initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience recruiting technical and engineering profiles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
• Interest in aerospace, engineering, space or deeptech industries.
