Kreios Space Ltd. is seeking a motivated finance professional to join the Finance team in Spain. You will support day-to-day accounting, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting, while helping manage public funding and R&D project costs with accuracy and transparency.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will help improve financial processes as Kreios scales, ensuring financial information remains complete, traceable and compliant in a fast-moving tech environment.

Formación

• Degree or vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Around 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial administration.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and day-to-day financial processes.
• Experience with invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, expenses and accounting documentation.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
• Comfortable working in both Spanish and English.
• Able to identify issues, ask the right questions and follow tasks through to resolution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day finance operations: Support invoice management, expenses, payments, bank reconciliations and accounting documentation.
• Support closing and reporting: Work with the Finance Manager on reconciliations, cash monitoring, month-end activities and preparation of financial information.
• Support public funding and R&D projects: Track eligible costs, personnel expenses, invoices and supporting documentation for project reporting and audits.
• Keep financial information accurate: Ensure records and supporting documents are complete, traceable and properly maintained.
• Work across the company: Coordinate with People, Procurement, Operations and technical teams to collect information and resolve discrepancies.
• Improve how Finance works: Help implement and improve financial processes, controls and tools as Kreios scales.

Your mission

You will join Kreios Space’s Finance team, working closely with the Finance Manager to keep the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting operations running smoothly. You will support payments, accounting records, reconciliations and reporting, while helping maintain accurate and well-organised financial information as the company grows.
You will also support the financial management of publicly funded R&D projects, including the tracking and justification of project costs and the preparation of supporting documentation.

Your profile

• Around 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial administration.

• Experience with invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, expenses and accounting documentation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a startup, technology or engineering company.
• Exposure to public funding, grants or R&D project financial justification.
• Experience supporting month-end closing or management reporting.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software and familiarity with Spanish accounting and tax processes.
• Interest in developing a broader career in Finance within a growing international company.
