Are you looking for a junior position in the recruitment industry and a chance to work in a flexible, remote startup environment? We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team.

Location : Remote (within European time zones preferred)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in helping candidates secure jobs with our clients, handling tasks such as screening applications and conducting interviews.

You will be the initial point of contact for candidates who have applied. Your mission is to chat with them through phone and WhatsApp, assess their potential, inspire them for a career in tech sales, and book them in for a meeting with our Talent Advisors.

  • Candidate Engagement : Serve as the initial point of contact for applicants, assessing their potential and inspiring them towards a career in tech sales.
  • Your main KPIs : SQLs booked and time to qualification. We move fast and care about quality.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with our Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and generate qualified meetings.
  • Pipeline Management : Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Process Optimization : Incorporate feedback from candidates to continuously improve the candidate journey. Experiment with new candidate acquisition approaches.
  • Data-Driven Approach : Leverage data, AI, and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Language Proficiency : Native / Bilingual German and fluent English.
  • Experience Level : This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow.
  • Background : You've ideally completed an internship or similar experience in HR, recruiting, or sales—first exposure to recruiting would be great.
  • Skills & Attributes : Curious, proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting with people. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills : Experience with remote communication tools like Gmail, Calendar, Slack is beneficial.
  • Availability : Full-time availability required
