What will you do:

• Ensure that the best LPM experience is delivered to all guests from entry to departure.
• Represent the restaurant image as the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant.
• Provide the best guest experience according to LPM standards, engaging with guests and showcasing your personality.
• Handle guest complaints positively and friendly, reporting to your supervisor if escalated.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with the local hospitality scene
• Previous experience as a hostess, in events, cabin crew (airlines), or luxury retail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
