The role

As a passionate and proactive Junior QA, you will play an active role in our Agile environment as part of our QA department.

From day one, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, functionality, quality, and performance of our products using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Your goal will be to help identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional user experience.

Your key tasks will include:

1. Performing various tests such as regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software stability.
2. Conducting manual and automated testing to ensure quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
3. Testing across multiple devices and browsers for full compatibility.
4. Reporting issues and bugs in Jira with clear documentation.
5. Verifying bug resolutions with the development team.
6. Participating in daily QA meetings and supporting tickets reported by users and internal teams.
7. Collaborating with QA, development, and business teams for thorough testing.
8. Researching and utilizing testing tools to enhance automation and performance.
9. Staying updated on QA trends and technologies.

The skill set our ideal candidate would have:

• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of manual testing tools.
• Experience in writing test plans, cases, and bug reports.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies, problem-solving skills, patience, attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent or proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Additional valued skills:

• Stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
• Familiarity with test automation tools.
• Interest or knowledge in AI.
