Formación

  • Diplôme requis en Administration des Affaires, Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, ou similaire.
  • Niveau élevé (minimum C1) de l'espagnol et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Compréhension de base des processus d'achat et d'approvisionnement.

Responsabilidades

The project!

As a Junior Purchasing Administrator Specialist you will be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement activities within an organization. They ensure that goods and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies. Tasks include processing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

What will the role entail?

  • Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking order statuses to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Support the procurement team in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and pricing
  • Participate in the evaluation of supplier performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and ensure alignment with inventory management
  • Maintain organized documentation of purchasing activities and supplier contracts

Requisitos:

Requirements of the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar
  • Languages: high level (min. C1; both written and spoken) of Spanish and English.
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and procurement processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to analyze purchasing data for trends and opportunities
