Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Launch, test, and scale high-impact partnerships across digital platforms, optimizing for growth at every stage.
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights, spot trends, and drive smarter decisions across multiple campaigns and channels.
- Take full ownership of KPIs—constantly refining strategies to improve revenue, efficiency, and partner success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—internal and external, local and global—to align goals, solve challenges, and execute high-performing campaigns.
- Build and nurture strategic partner relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and unlocking long-term value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, always testing new models and pushing boundaries to remain a step ahead.
- Represent the company with intelligence and integrity, becoming a trusted advisor to partners while driving measurable results.

Basic Requirements
- English speaker - A must
- Comfortable working with analytical data
- Strong interpersonal skills for client, management, and peer interactions
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture
