Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Experiment, test, and scale: launch and optimize partnerships across digital platforms to maximize growth.
• Analyze performance data: identify trends, spot opportunities, and optimize campaigns at scale.
• Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, collaborating with global partners and our global team to execute campaign strategies.
• Challenge the status quo: question existing strategies, try unconventional approaches, and push boundaries to drive results.
• Take full ownership of KPIs, continuously refining strategies to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging first-mover advantages on emerging platforms and traffic sources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to align on goals, troubleshoot challenges, and refine strategies.

Your Basic Requirements

• English speaker - A must.
• Comfortable working with analytical data.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Self-driven with a strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Reliable, punctual, and a problem solver with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
