We are seeking a talented Senior Final Layout Artist / Scene Compositor to join our team on the exciting new project, Animated Feature TAD 4. Your responsibilities will include establishing virtual camera setups for each shot, creating excellent picture compositions, and ensuring consistency and continuity in set dressing.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Setting up shots, refining camera work, and dressing sets.
2. Translating storyboards into 3D shots, optimizing details, and adding depth and storytelling elements.
3. Conforming timing and casting of shots, finalizing cinematic staging, camera positioning, and composition.
4. Finding technical and creative solutions to meet production needs.
5. Working autonomously in a remote environment, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining initiative.
6. Collaborating effectively with the team and aligning with the project's style and director’s vision.

Qualifications include:

1. 5+ years of experience in crowd scenes for animation TV series or feature films.
2. Proficiency with Maya and camera work, including focal lengths, depth of field, and f-stop.
3. Knowledge of shot-based set dressing and continuity management.
4. Strong eye for picture composition and attention to detail.
5. Ability to incorporate feedback and solve problems proactively.
6. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
