Support our ongoing software upgrade project by designing and developing business forms and reports that align with the needs of various internal departments. This role offers hands-on experience in enterprise software environments and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand reporting and form requirements.

Design and develop user-friendly digital forms and business reports using the upgraded software platform.

Participate in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during the software upgrade process.

Ensure forms and reports are compliant with company data standards and security protocols.

Provide documentation and training materials for end-users, if required.

Support the IT and Software Development teams with related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).

Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI, SSRS) is an asset.

Basic understanding of software development concepts and life cycle.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Exposure to enterprise software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Experience with form development tools or low-code platforms.

Internship or project experience involving business analysis or report development.
