Junior Project Manager

On a monthly basis WEEWOO connects with over 70 million active users around the world through our portfolio of over 300 mobile products.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Project Manager to help drive the planning, implementation, and tracking of key projects within our organization. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills while working closely with cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external developers. As a Junior Project Manager, you will support various project phases, ensuring smooth communication, effective coordination, and the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Role

What you'll be doing as a Junior Project Manager:

1. Assisting in the development of a project plan that outlines the project's scope, timeline, budget, and required resources for successful completion.
2. Supporting the preparation of technical tasks, workflow, and timing planning, as well as coordinating work processes with several teams of external developers and leads from internal departments.
3. Facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and clients.
4. Maintaining regular reporting on project status and progress.
5. Helping to track project expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget.
6. Assisting in ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
7. Identifying and supporting the management of project stakeholders.
8. Ensuring that stakeholders' needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Supporting the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
10. Helping to ensure that the impact of changes is communicated and understood by all stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

You’re a great fit if you have:

1. Some experience in project management, with a focus on digital.
2. Technological knowledge.
3. Proven organization and attention to detail skills.
4. English level - C1 or above.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Must have residency in Madrid. The job offer is fully on-site (Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid).
