Responsibilities

• Supervising on-site pick-up and viewing days to ensure smooth operations.
• Organizing external service providers for pick-ups, cleaning, and scrapping.
• Handling on-site difficulties and resolving escalations.
• Delivering lots to buyers and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Supervising safety protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Managing pre- and post-sales processes, including credit handling.
• Creating and organizing lot content, enhancing auction listings with relevant details.
• Assessing and optimizing time spent on activities, influencing marketing and sales strategies.
• Monitoring photography and descriptions for accuracy and effective auction dynamics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Technician or Project Manager is a plus, but relevant degrees also qualify.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of machinery and the manufacturing industry.
• Interest and familiarity with IT systems and technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under stress.
