Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group in Madrid is seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead customer projects for traction substation and industrial applications, coordinating internal teams and suppliers. The role requires strong English and Spanish, and an engineering background in Electrical fields.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience in the electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, railway, traction power, etc.).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of contract management and understanding of legal terms.

Responsibilities

• Realise customer projects for traction substation and industrial applications.
• Organise and manage all project tasks, including team follow-up and communication with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure material delivery in line with the contract (quality, cost, delay, performance).
• Maintain constant communication with the client during the project.
